OPERATION RESCUE: ROSIE

Sweet Rosie has been displaced from her mobile home which has been deemed unlivable.  Water came up 4-5 feet in her home as she sat fearfully floating on her mattress.  She had no where to go and remained in that condition for 3 days.  She is temporarily safe but will need a new home.
